Three year vision across five routes for mortgages, private and business banking, small business and personal loans

This 16 week project involved getting five different countries’ teams to participate in multiple ideation and discovery sessions with the my DV team. We worked with existing and new customer research to understand the pain points and frustrations of existing and future customers and worked with BNP Paribas to turn that into opportunities.
A unique challenge of this job was that each country bank had a different system under different country-specific legislation. We worked with the country teams to find commonality in the systems and legislation to produce a core product and vision for the customer.
The production phase involved creating narratives for each customer journey through storyboards and then working those into low fidelity wireframes and then into working prototypes. To aid the communication piece we also produced a video for the bank to show internally.
