WonderBill is a company that was started at the end of an innovation project to discover innovative ways to help energy customers. After a series of workshops and interviews the decision was made to create a platform that would allow customers to have all their bills in one place and the system to learn about their usage to enable automatic switching.
My role was to facilitate the design process with my team. We were involved from early stage discovery phase, through proposition testing to design and development of the platform with product and engineering teams to Alpha and Beta launches.
